mental suicide

i am back and this blog has now shifted its paradigm.

enough of the perky and sunny tone.
enough of the exaggerated happiness and excitement.
it is time that we look beyond the silver lining and look at the depths of my soul, my thinking, my abysmal moments.

there comes a point in one's life that one thinks of suicide. not the usual type of suicide but the mental kind. something that exists only in the mind. suicide entails a deliberate attempt to end one's life and that is precisely what i did. mentally. and so this is my rebirth. a kind of new beginning after that rather long blog leave.
